Kristopher Kubiak is a South Florida native, who has a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goal of home ownership. He strives in exceeding expectations and providing a smooth transaction process from start to finish.
Prior to beginning his journey into real estate, Kris served his country in the United States Army. He has participated in multiple Middle East deployments, beginning with combat operations and ending as a trainer to foreign forces. After the military, he began his career in law enforcement. Kris had the goal of changing his community by helping the homeless and preventing substance abuse. Throughout his career, he has assisted in finding housing for the homeless and has helped others start their path toward sobriety. He continues to help his community by being an active leader in a fight for change.
Kris is also experienced in helping guide fellow veterans through the VA home buying process. He has firsthand experience with purchasing property using VA resources. No matter your situation, Kristopher Kubiak excels in finding solutions. Kris strongly believes in communication and being available.
